I came straight here from work to see a dr. It was at 5:30pm. They close at 6! And they refused to see me because the Dr said no more.
Perhaps have your closing hours at 530 if you wont take any more walk ins after that time.

I arrived tonight with my sick 2 year old in tow arriving at 850pm - they close at 1030pm, to be bluntly told, were not seeing anymore patients.
I had a visibly sick 2 year old crying holding her ear, there was no question of is she ok what is the problem? Let me check with the Doctor as she is a baby. Just no, no more patients.
